We are located in Steyning, West Sussex at a private studio used solely for Pilates, Yoga and Zumba. A place where you can unwind, relax and exercise without the hassle of a normal gym environment.

We are based in a beautifully restored Barn in Steyning, just a short distance from the High Street. If you are walking you will find us just at the end of the Twitten from the High Street. If you are driving, park in the Tanyard Lane car park and we are on your right as you head towards the High Street. Parking is free if you display your disc.
