keiran’s biography

Keiran Mellikof is a master Pilates instructor specialising in dynamic aspects of Pilates.

Originally, a top personal trainer for some of the biggest fitness companies around, Keiran has some of the highest training qualifications in the fitness industry including three for personal training level 3. Having trained with the national academy of sports medicine YMCA including sports specific training, advanced anatomy and physiology, he is a STOTT PILATES(r) trained instructor. With a vast knowledge of biomechanics anatomy and physiology, and a friendly, personable manner (not forgetting a great sense of humour), Keiran will keep you laughing while you are training, allowing you to achieve your goals before you realise how much your abs ache!

If you have an imbalance in your body he will see it even if you’re not moving. And whether you are training one to one to loose weight or as husband and wife in a duo training session Keiran’s larger than life personality will keep you interested amused and motivated.

There are Pilates classes running each day, start with a Beginners course and progress to our Dynamic courses.

If you feel more comfortable exercising in a smaller group we also offer private tuition. You can have one trainer for one or two individuals. Alternatively why not exercise with a group of friends you can hire the main studio exclusively (around the class timetable).
