"I have practiced iyengar yoga for over 11 years and it has changed me externally and internally. I originally started yoga for stress and immediately felt I had come home. I began to feel calm and controlled and had reserves of energy. In listening to my body I began to develop inner stillness and a sense of balance. I began to bring the same focus and attention to all areas of my life, the flexibility, strength, stability and sanctuary I find in my yoga practice empowers me to live a more fulfilled life. I am dedicated to sharing this joy with others in teaching iyengar yoga."
